I have a cold house! :) I just went home to let the dogs in. WOW! I have a cold house!! YEAH!! I am so happy! I honestly did not think it could happen. I never thought I would have a cool house. And air is being pulled up at the intake! Your guys left it at 76 and the house was actually cold. I had been setting my thermostat to 72 and it would not get that cool.

I realize I read your reviews on the internet but you always wonder if they are real or not but I have no doubt they are very real. Your men were very courteous and also very prompt and it pleased me so very much that they didn't find anything wrong.

So many times as a woman alone they almost see me coming and tell me I need this and I need that but your guys were just wonderful. They also offered me your plan to have it serviced twice a year and I will probably regret it but I hope not as I chose not to take it at this time.

How do you find the words to describe the ultimate in Service, Knowledge, Customer Service and Personal Care...

I was without air for almost 2 days in 114+ degrees in August, because the first company I called, came out twice, sprayed some anti-freeze and couldn't find the problem.

Then a recommendation came my way, on day 3, and I called On Time Air Conditioning. Ted's knowledge, efficiency, dedication and personal care, were all more than I could have ever hoped for. He was booked around the clock, but once he got my call, he made the time. His wife Kristi, has the excellence in Customer Service, Care and Follow Through. Martin that works with Ted has the same knowledge and excellent attributes. Needless to say, Ted investigated the problem, later joined by Martin. It turned out to be a very complex issue, with my unit. I now know, this could only have been detected by a very skilled, knowledgeable, trained eye.

I cannot explain my gratitude to the team at On Time Air Conditioning, for fixing this problem and cooling me down, in the grueling heat. I will definitely always use this company now and always recommend them to any one I know.

My Family and I would like to Thank You both Ted and Kristi So much....For taking care of our emergency call on a Sunday. Just to give others a brief description of how wonderful they are. We had been without A/C since Saturday 11am. Dealing with the warranty company, paging someone to come out .....then nobody calling back.....Praying for God to send someone to us. Needles to say we slept in a hot house, got up early on Sunday and went to church (PRBC). Came home again to a hot house and nothing....no call from the warranty office and all they could say we will have to wait until Tuesday....now come on we live in AZ how can you tell me that then they finally said if you find someone we can authorize it.

I called a few places but nothing, then just went we were about to give up something said look in the Internet, while searching for places, ON TIME A/C popped up and WALLLA....like a Miracle....there they were.... I called their emergency number and Ted called me back saying that he was on his way. Then Kristi called me to get all the information and she was wonderful.

Again,THANK YOU for going out of your way and helping my family and I in our time of need. You are Honestly what an Excellent Business is about, your customer service and promptness was excellent......and believe me when I say we will refer you to all our family and friends.

I am so pleased with your company. Another A/C company botched a repair on my heat pump then because it was a sunday would not come out and fix it. I talked to Ted who came within a couple of hours and went above and beyond to cool my family on a hot sunday afernoon. Ted was a lifesaver and I must say the kindest repair man ever to come to my home... I will recommend your company to all my friends and you will be my only phone call anytime I need repairs.

Starting with Kristi who answered the phone right thru Martin, the technician, THE SERVICE WAS MORE THAN I COULD HAVE ASKED FOR. The company that I HAD worked with for over 16 years did not even return my call for over 6 hours.

I just want to say thanks to Ted and his staff at On Time Air for a job very well done!

I arrived home from travel and discovered my home was literally a hot house with only the AC fan operating and the outside temperature was well over 100 degrees and inside temperature much hotter. It was a relief to call On Time Air and have a live human voice answer the phone past 6 o'clock in the evening. I explained my situation and was pleasantly told that I would receive a confirmation for service within 10 minutes. I received a call back in less than 10 minutes assuring me someone would be at my home between 7 and 8 PM. Moments later I received another call that the technician was on their way. Ted showed up, diagnosed the problem, explained the situation and guaranteed me a price that was beyond most competitors. His educating me of the situation took the edge off of the circumstance and I was comfortable with the decision I had to make. A short time later the house was cooling and all was back to normal or perhaps even better.

What started out as a disaster seemed routine because of the professionalism of not only Ted and his ability to get the job done but also his staff and the entire process.
