Hi Kristi: I just wanted to thank you for helping me yesterday on Sunday May 20th. I was having a very difficult time getting a reputable company to come out on Sunday to repair my airconditioner. From the moment you answered my call, you were professional, pleasant and reassuring that I would have someone coming to my home that afternoon.

The customer service, quality of workmanship and professionalism of this company CANNOT be beat. I called at 6:30 this morning with an air conditioner that was only blowing warm air – and it is supposed to reach 110 today. Kristi answered the phone and assured me that I would have a technician between 10:00 am and noon. She called again shortly after 8:30 am and said that the technician would be here in 20-30 minutes.

Dave arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He spotted the problem right away (bad compressor), replaced the defective part and even adjusted the fans (they were too close to the motor and caused a clickingsound when the fan was slowing down).

The price was very reasonable and the professionalism of this company resulted in me signing up for their bi-annual service agreement.

Finally, an air condition company that can be trusted.
